Relax and unwind in our hot tub, which is situated next to our outdoor bar/cinema room and games room. This also has an outdoor decking area with seating to relax and take in the stunning views of Blackcombe.

On the lower level of this property is an open plan kitchen diner. This space has a large and welcoming feel with a smart TV, wood burner, a breakfast bar, dining table and sofa bench. We have added all you need to the kitchen for a self-catered stay including an air fryer.
This room is particularly special as the folding doors open all the way across onto the patio and garden.

Also on the ground level is the spacious bathroom, with walk-in shower, large bath tub and double wash basins.

The ground floor has two bedrooms.

A double room tastefully decorated to fit the modern barn conversion theme of the property and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a walk-in wardrobe.

There is also a utility room with washing machine on the lower level.

The entrance hallway boasts a stunning oak staircase which takes you to the top floor of the property.

On the top floor is a stunning and spacious living area, with a media wall containing an electric fire place and smart TV. Adding to the spacious feel are sky lights which allows for lots of natural light in this space.
It is a real entertaining area of the home, the décor again adding to the modern but characterful essence of the home.

On this top floor is also the master bedroom. This contains a super-king sized bed, another smart tv, a walk-in dressing room and wardrobe.

Not only is this property stunning on the inside but also, the outside, with the large garden and all its features.

Millstream barn is the perfect place for an unforgettable break for the entire family, with lots of ways to make memories that will last a life time.

There is a local pub, the King Billy, only a minute’s walk away serving great food and drinks.

The property is located in Kirksanton which is between Silecroft and Haverigg. Both villages only minutes’ drive away.

Both Silecroft and Haverigg have the most amazing beaches.

The village of Haverigg has a lot to offer, including pubs, a ski bar resort that offers water sports and a vast beach. There is also an ice-cream parlour a café, a local shop and even a farm shop.

Kirksanton is a great base to explore the rest of the lake district. Windermere is less than an hour from the property. Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway and Muncaster Castle are a 20-minute drive away. Scafell Pike is 30 minutes from the property.

Millom is less than a 5-minute drive where you will find a Tesco supermarket, petrol station and train station. Along with bars, restaurants and a theatre.

There is a car parking area at the property, off the road, big enough for multiple cars.
